About Us

​Founded in 1973, Papakura Performing Arts Competition Society is a non-profit organisation.

We hold an annual dance competition over Queen's Birthday Weekend in June (Friday-Monday) in Papakura, Auckland.

We offer classes in Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Musical Theatre, Contemporary & Lyrical for Solos, Duos, Trios & Troupes, along with the PACANZ National Young Performer of the Year Award Nomination & the PACANZ Troupe Award Nomination.

As a small committee of three, we pride ourselves on holding a fun and friendly, yet well run competition.
